The key to the high efficiency and stability of the rotary blower lies in its sophisticated eccentric rotor design. In order to give you a more intuitive understanding, we have specially prepared the following operation video. You can easily understand the complete process from gas intake to exhaust by referring to the three stages in the video:

Phase ➊: Intake

When the rotor starts to rotate, the vanes are thrown out by centrifugal force and come into close contact with the inner wall of the cylinder. At this time, independent air chambers are formed between the vanes. As the rotor continues to rotate, the volume of the air chamber at the air inlet gradually expands, and the external air is smoothly inhaled.

Stage ➋: Compression

When the rotor rotates past the air inlet, the entire air chamber is isolated from the outside world and enters the compression stage. You can see that due to the eccentric design of the rotor, the volume of the air chamber will steadily and linearly decrease with the rotation angle. This process is very smooth and ensures that the gas is evenly compressed without severe disturbances. This is also the core reason why our blowers operate with extremely low noise.

Stage ➌: Exhaust

When the air chamber rotates to the exhaust port, its volume has been reduced to the minimum and the pressure has reached the maximum. At this time, the compressed gas will be discharged from the exhaust port, completing an efficient pressure transmission. The whole process is continuous, so it can provide extremely stable outlet pressure.

Lubrication & Sealing

In order to ensure long-term stable operation, we have designed a precise oil drip lubrication system. A small amount of lubricating oil will be injected into the cylinder body, which can not only lubricate the blades and cylinder walls, reduce wear and kinetic energy loss, but also form a layer of oil film, perfectly fill all gaps, achieve the best airtight effect, and ensure that pressure does not leak.
